Fascinating Stories Behind NYC Neighborhoods
with Guest Speaker Jeff Goodman
The Quintessential New Yorker™
When real estate agents give talks at business group meetings they usually talk real estate: the latest market trends, expert tips for buying and selling, or insights into and coming New York neighborhoods, etc. While an expert in all these things, Jeff will offer the IBO something different, and fun: he will speak about the Presidents of the United States who had some kind of relationship with New York City, including the places in New York that they touched, or that touched them. And there will be surprises, things that most of us never knew.
For those joining us at Fitzpatrick's, you will enjoy a full Irish breakfast of eggs, Irish bacon, sausage, grilled tomato, black and white pudding along with tea, coffee and juice. For those of you who can not join in person, we will get together on Zoom with the link provided upon registration.
Both groups will network separately after our happy hybrid session with special guest Jeff Goodman - The Quintessential New Yorker™ - sharing “Fascinating Stories Behind NYC Neighborhoods”.
There will be an opportunity to "network, communicate, reciprocate" as we gather to share our news and be together.
