J-1 Resources
Helping Our Future. One Opportunity at a Time.
For J-1 Graduate Visa Holders From Ireland
The Irish Business Organization (IBO) of New York is committed to continuing the legacy of the Irish in New York with our support of J-1 Graduate Visa holders from Ireland seeking employment in this great city.
The J-1 Visa is a non-immigrant visa that offers cultural and educational exchange opportunities in the United States.
Graduate Gateway
A collaborative effort seeking to ease the transition for recent Irish graduates into the American workforce, providing an invaluable bridge between their academic achievements and professional aspirations in the USA.
Founded in New York City in 2024, the Graduate Gateway's mission is to bridge the gap between Irish graduates and job opportunities in the NY tri-state area by leveraging the collective expertise and resources of a diverse, cross-sector volunteer group. We are dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and cultivating professional development opportunities for graduates. Our aim is to facilitate long-term career success for Irish talent while promoting cultural exchange and transatlantic collaboration. Our initiative is guided by three core pillars: Collaborate, Advocate, and Support.
Graduate Gateway is a joint initiative of Emerald Isle Immigration Center, Digital Irish, Irish Business Organization, Navigating New York and Women With Ambition.
