Nicholas Malito

Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP

Nick is an associate at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP where his practice focuses on commercial leasing, bankruptcy, litigation, and advising emergent companies.  He represents national and regional clients in commercial leasing and retail property development, from the inception of lease negotiation to retail store launch.  Nick's broad civil litigation experience includes prosecuting and defending appeals, business torts, intellectual property disputes, real estate disputes, construction claims, bankruptcy avoidance actions, claims for disability and employment discrimination, and mass tort claims.  Nick also advises emergent companies across all stages of development.

Shelley Ann Quilty-Lake

Meenan & Associates LLC

Shelley Ann is a native of County Wexford. She is an associate at the female-led, boutique law firm of Meenan & Associates LLC, where her practice areas include helping small business clients, particularly entrepreneurs and startups, by providing advice and guidance on business formation and ensuring their interests are protected and defended.  She also has extensive civil litigation experience representing employees with work place issues. Shelley Ann was named as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in late 2016 for representing Plaintiffs in Employment Litigation after being nominated by her peers. Shelley Ann also guides clients regarding their estate planning needs, preparing wills and trusts tailored to their wishes, and advocates for individuals in probate and estate litigation matters.

Shelley Ann’s work ethic is driven by her personal responsiveness to the needs of her clients, determined advocacy to protect their interests, and attentiveness to detail.  She also currently serves as on the Board of Directors of the Irish American Bar Association of New York.

Second Vice President
Mary Zehnter

Mary is a print production consultant for various packaging and branding firms in the New York area. She has managed the implementation of several global spirits brands as well as domestic consumer packaging goods (CPG). 

Several years ago when Mary became a dual citizen with Irish citizenship she became interested in learning more about Irish businesses. It was during that time she was introduced to the IBO by a former board member and has been a member ever since.

She is second generation Irish on her mother’s side and visits family in Ireland frequently.

Anne Marie O'Dea

Anne Marie has been a member with the Irish Business Organization for a number of years. She attended Marymount Manhattan College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. For the past thirteen years she was employed with Home Box Office, Inc. working as an Assistant in the Accounts Payable department. As of August 2015, she is an Accounts Receivable Clerk with Jacmel Jewelry Inc.

Both of Anne Marie's parents come from Ireland. Her mother is from County Donegal and father from County Clare.

Annie Marsh Ryerso

Concern Worldwide U.S.

Annie is the Senior Development Officer, Events for Concern Worldwide US, a Dublin-based humanitarian organization that works to transform the lives of the world's poorest people. Her team plans and executes all major fundraising events in New York City for Concern US, including the Spring Run, Women of Concern Luncheon, Golf Tournament, Seeds of Hope Annual Award Dinner and Winter Ball. Before coming to Concern in 2016, Annie was the Assistant Director of Admissions and Coordinator of Multicultural Recruitment at Wells College where she increased enrollment, and implemented programs to retain students of color.

Annie holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, and lives in Bushwick, Brooklyn with her husband.

Kathleen M. Cronin

NJSBDC Bergen County @ Ramapo College of New Jersey 

Kathleen presently works as Regional Outreach and Social Media Coordinator for NJSBDC Bergen County @ Ramapo College of New Jersey.

She is first generation Irish-American from Bergen County, New Jersey.  Her father was a hurler for the South Liberties, Co. Limerick and her mom is from Coulagh, Co. West Cork. 

She has been a member of the IBO for several years and is honored to serve on the executive board.  She is proud of her Irish heritage and promotes it via various organizations and events, while practicing her Irish language skills when possible.

Kathleen is owner of K Cronin & Associates - Facilitating Small Business/Social Media/Outreach Services.
