Guest Speaker:

A United States Army veteran, Leo P. McGuire, MBA served two terms as Sheriff of Bergen County, New Jersey's largest county, and 20 years as a police officer.  He currently serves as Senior Vice-President of Strategy and Risk Management for iLearn Schools, Inc.  With over 30 years of public safety experience, Leo continues to teach leadership, business and homeland security while sitting on the boards of several colleges.  He supports the community by serving on charity boards and as New Jersey Vice-Chair of the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense program, while also operating a consulting business, LPM Strategies, LLC.  He is an Honorary Co-Chair of this year's New York New Belfast conference.
