Pádraic Ó Griallais is a 6th generation distiller from Connemara and founder of Galway’s first operating distillery in over 100 years. Micil Distillery boasts an array of exceptional craft distilled spirits, including their signature Micil Poitín.
Dave Mulligan, Creator-Producer of Bán Poitín; Company Owner, Bar 1661, Dublin
Dave Mulligan is the creator of the celebrated Bán Poitín, which is distilled at Echlinville Distillery, County Down. Dave is also the owner-impresario of Dublin’s famed Bar 1661, which recently was named Ireland’s best pub.
