Join us for the annual IBO Summer Party on Monday, June 23rd starting at 6 pm at Tara Mór on 150 W 30th Street in Manhattan.  We are thrilled to be honoring Consul General of Ireland in NY Helena Nolan and Deputy Counsel General of Ireland in NY Gareth Hargadon as they complete their roles in New York and journey onward to their next assignments.

We will be presenting the 2025 Sean McNeill Award to both Helena and Gareth during this special event. The prestigious IBO award is extended annually to individuals who exemplify the positive values and behaviors that our colleague and former leader, the late Sean McNeill possessed: extraordinary generosity, community-building, and an unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion. Helena and Gareth exemplify these traits and have been a remarkable inspiration to the Irish and Irish-American community throughout their service in New York. Our community has both deepened and expanded enormously under their thoughtful, energetic and devoted leadership.
